Emanuele Ledda - PhD student
Emanuele Ledda received a BSc Degree in Computer Science, with honors, from the University of Cagliari in September 2019. Then, he received his MSc in Computer Science, with honors, from the University of Cagliari in September 2021.
From March to August 2020, he collaborated with the PRA Lab in Intelligent Video Surveillance.
Since November 2021, works on Uncertainty Quantification as a Ph.D. student in Artificial Intelligence from Roma La Sapienza, with the University of Genova as a consortiated institution.
He is the author of several scientific articles on Trustworthy AI and Intelligent Video Surveillance. In 2023, the paper "BLUES: Before-reLU-EStimates Bayesian Inference for Crowd Counting" of which he is the author, won an honorable mention for the CVPL Caianiello Best Paper Award at ICIAP 2023.
Now, he collaborates with the PRA Lab on his research activity.
