Gianpaolo Perelli - PhD student
Gianpaolo Perelli received the BSc and MSc degrees (Hons.) in Computer Science from the University of Cagliari, Italy, in 2019 and 2022, respectively.
During his master’s studies, he was fascinated by Computer Vision and Machine Learning techniques which led him to write a master’s thesis entitled “A Deepfake Detector in the Wild”.
He collaborated in the Cagliari 2020 project with CRS4, and since 2022 he collaborates with the PRA Lab in the field of Deepfake Detection and Behavioural Biometrics.
Since November 2022 he is a PhD student in Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Cagliari.
