Rita Delussu - PostDoc

Rita Delussu is a PostDoc researcher at the University of Cagliari. She started her collaboration with the PRA Lab on May 2017 through the research grant: “Study and development of algorithms for the analysis and interpretation of remote sensing data”.

She took a Master’s degree in Electronica Engineering on October 2017 from the University of Cagliari, disputing the graduation thesis: “Techniques of sparse representation for face recognition in video surveillance applications” (supervisor: Prof. Giorgio Fumera). She took a Ph.D. Degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering in 2021.

Her research focuses on Intelligent video surveillance, particularly person re-identification and crowd counting.
