Sandro Ridella received the “Laurea'” degree in electronic engineering from the University of Genoa, Genoa, Italy, in 1966.
Currently, he is a Emeritus Professor at the University of Genoa.
In the last years, his scientific activity has been mainly focused on the field of statistical learning theory.
